Tewa Training Centre
Tewa Training Centre was inaugurated on 2nd February 2010. Tewa's mission is to provide quality education for girls and women in order to enable them acquire professional skills in hospitality. The training programs are geared to meet international standards so that the students can easily be integrated in the professional world and meet the demands of the job market.
Tewa outreach programs are geared towards uplifting the living standards of women in the villages surrounding Tewa through agricultural outreach, Cookery, Nutrition and Hygiene and Sewing skills that will help them be self-sufficient starting up their own businesses.
In the villages surrounding Tewa, there has been little education opportunities available for women and most of the people live at subsistence level, farming small plots to provide for their families.
