If you are looking for a career that combines passion, precision, and global opportunity, the hospitality industry in Kenya is the place to be. But for many young women in Nairobi, the question isn't just where to study—it's how to get the real-world experience that top employers actually demand.
At Kibondeni College, a project of Nurisha Trust, we have spent over 50 years answering that question by perfecting a School-Enterprise model that turns students into sought-after professionals.
The Kibondeni Edge: Training Beyond the Classroom

What sets Kibondeni apart from other institutions in Nairobi? It is our commitment to practical immersion. We don't just teach from textbooks; we train through action.
🍽️ The Production Unit & Conference Centre

Our campus is home to a professional Production Unit and Conference Centre that serves as a live laboratory. Here, training is real:
High-Volume Experience: Our unit serves over 600 meals daily, giving students the stamina and skills needed for high-pressure environments.
Outside Catering Excellence: Kibondeni is a favorite for corporate events and private functions. Students participate in real outside catering requests, learning the logistics, service etiquette, and culinary standards required for major events.
Self-Sustainability: This unit teaches students the vital business lesson of how a hospitality enterprise sustains itself.
