We are proud to announce that Kibondeni College has been officially selected to participate in the MEA Future Leaders Challenge – East Africa Edition 2025, taking place on the 28th and 29th of April in Nairobi, Kenya. This marks a significant milestone not only for Kibondeni College but also for the Nurisha Trust family, as we continue our mission to empower women through quality, career-focused education in hospitality.

The MEA (Middle East & Africa) Future Leaders Challenge is a premier regional platform that brings together promising hospitality and tourism students, educational institutions, government representatives, and industry leaders to address the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. It is designed to foster collaboration, leadership, innovation, and alignment between education and industry needs.

At the heart of this initiative is the desire to shape the future of hospitality through young talent—something Kibondeni College has been committed to since its inception. With a strong foundation in practical skills, character development, and industry readiness, our students are well-prepared to engage with real-world challenges and present meaningful solutions.

Why This Matters

Participation in the MEA Future Leaders Challenge places Kibondeni College on a regional stage, allowing our students to:

  • Showcase their leadership and critical thinking skills,

  • Engage in high-level conversations about the future of hospitality,

  • Network with peers, mentors, and industry stakeholders from across East Africa,

  • Represent the values of professionalism, service, and resilience that define our training philosophy.

This year’s event promises dynamic discussions, student-led presentations, and strategic engagement with key players in the industry. It is also an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the vital role women play in shaping the hospitality landscape of tomorrow.

A Moment of Pride

We celebrate our students for earning this incredible opportunity, and we thank the MEA Future Leaders Challenge for recognizing the potential of Kibondeni College. As always, we remain committed to nurturing young women with the skills, confidence, and leadership qualities they need to transform their lives—and the world around them.

We look forward to cheering on our team as they participate in this impactful event. Stay tuned for updates and highlights from the challenge!
